Hey Girl Hey Memorydex Card Challenge!

Hello All! This is my first time hosting a Challenge. This will be my first Memory Dex Card Challenge. Everything you need to know is listed below. Thanks to all whom decide to participate!

ISSA Memory Dex Card Challenge Rules

1. Be a subscriber to my channel.
2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Must live in the United States.
4. Base card made of heavy weight card stock or chip board.
5. Hey Girl Hey MUST be on the Memory Dex card somewhere.
6. Please include your Name, mailing address, birthday, favorite color, favorite crafty supply item, your craft style and date card is created.
7. No Memory Dex card die needed
8. Memory Dex card maximum card size is 4"X4".
9. I'll punch the holes if needed.
10. The last day to signup is Monday, January 20, 2020.
11. Your entry must be post marked by February 8, 2020.
12. Drawing to be held February 14, 2020 @ 8:00 pm.
